This page was created by the founders of Earth Berry Apothecary and its purpose is to create an informal setting where we can discuss our adventures in candle and soap making. The company started in the summer of 2020, which was an uncertain and chaotic time for everybody, and even though it has been a learning experience we have been going strong ever since.
At Earth Berry Apothecary we make soaps through a variety of techniques. Our most popular method of soap making is called cold process and the difference it makes is unbelievable. Cold process soaps include several oils, all of which we are familiar with in comparison to store bought soap. Through the lengthy process of soap making we are able to create intricate designs and thoughtful patterns which we feel represent each soap's identity.
We also make soy candles and we have put a lot of consideration in creating our candles to be paired with one of our beautiful cold process soaps. This is the idea of a perfect bath and it is not complete without a bath elixir (bath bomb). Each candle has a different story to tell and will invoke imagination and nostalgia every time. There is colorful familiarity to each of our products and it's truly a pleasure to watch our customers lose themselves to our scents and aromas. Your sense of smell is something we take very seriously and we strive to make products that aren't overwhelming or unsurprising.
